I have been a psychotherapist for 35+ years, working with individuals, couples and families. Life is a challenge and often presents us with moments that are difficult to handle by ourselves. Seeking counseling is a way of helping us learn how to better understand and cope with those times when we feel stuck. A willingness to reveal our problems, an openness to looking at how we respond to problems and commitment to change are all acts of great courage.
