Each of my clients is seen as unique, while recognizing the collective nature of our human experiences. Themes such as trauma, abuse and oppression by way of racism, sexism, classism have impacted us across generations. My goal is to offer you a safe space to explore these themes as you gain a deeper understanding of self and others in relation to these experiences. I view therapy as a conversation about life. My framework is eclectic, utilizing cognitive/behavioral methods, along with an existential view of one's life, past, present and future. I respect the complexities of life as we work to identify your strengths and resilience.
