I am a licensed independent social worker specializing in psychotherapy for adults and adolescents with trauma (PTSD, CPTSD), emotional difficulties, dissociative disorders, depression, and anxiety. I also enjoy working with folks going through life transitions, exploring their identity, or seeking to improve their relationships. I use a blend of psychodynamic and relational approaches as well as skills building and tailor each treatment to the needs of the individual. I believe you are the expert on yourself and I strive to cultivate a safe and supportive environment that is nonjudgmental.
