Movement and contemplation are medicine. The combination of exercise and mindfulness reduces over-thinking and depressive symptoms while improving sleep. This is why I practice Movement Therapy. There is a well-established scientific link between our well-being and how physically active we are. When we are moving, we release endorphins to increase our mood and lower stress. Movement Therapy incorporates mindfulness, yoga, and running or walking so you can live a happier and healthier life. I use a holistic approach to guide my clients to create healthy lifestyle habits to reduce stress. I teach all of my clients mindfulness meditation and a positive approach in day-to-day experiences and relationships.
