I support deep-feeling humans in Colorado—often women, humanitarians, refugees, immigrants, and empathetic souls—navigating anxiety, burnout, transitions, or the lingering impact of trauma. If you’re ready to feel more grounded and reconnect with your authentic self, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space where you can feel seen and supported. Together, we’ll use holistic approaches to help you move from surviving to living with more balance, clarity, and meaning. My practice is grounded in anti-oppressive care.
