I’m a faith-based, compassionate counselor who specializes in helping clients navigate and heal from present and past challenges. Often drawing from principles of attachment and trauma-informed care, I seek to help my clients learn how their past is currently affecting them so they can then become equipped to find new, healthier ways of living.
