I offer a warm environment to support you as you reflect on wounds from the past, cultivate coping strategies, and gain insight that can create movement toward healing. Using a talk-therapy, person-centered approach and incorporating tools such as EMDR and parts work, I support clients in gently exploring the past to build a better understanding of their inner world and create safety and resilience. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy and have worked alongside folks experiencing anxiety, depression, domestic/intimate partner violence, sexual violence, and other overwhelming life events.
