Life presents challenges that can leave us feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed-but no one has to face them alone. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for children, adolescents, and adults to explore challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I have experience working with military personnel, veterans, and first responders, as well as individuals from all walks of life navigate stress, life transitions, or emotional challenges. I specialize in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and impulse control disorders, and also help clients strengthen coping skills, self-esteem, and relationships.
