Hi, I'm Lindsay. My job as a therapist is to help shine a light on your own inner wisdom and guide you through the healing process in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I believe that when we approach life’s challenges with curiosity rather than criticism we are better able to reach a sense of peace and acceptance to some of life's most complex circumstances and hardships. I am passionate about helping my clients navigate their journey to their most authentic self. I believe that when we have the tools to attune ourselves to our mind, body, and spirit we come home to ourselves. And when we are at home within ourselves, we are free. I strive to provide a non-judgmental, safe space for you to explore the depths of your soul to discover your true authentic self. I help client’s identify their limiting core beliefs, rewire their brains to transform their automatic thoughts through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and heal their inner child through re-parenting themselves.
