I'm a licensed psychotherapist and relationship coach with over eight years of clinical experience working with individuals and couples who want thoughtful, meaningful, and lasting change. My work is grounded in psychological science, relational theory, and an understanding of how emotional patterns shape both inner life and intimate relationships. I hold professional degrees in psychology and art therapy, with advanced training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy and certification in psychedelic-assisted therapy. I work with clients who are motivated, reflective, and ready to engage in a real process of change. My approach is collaborative, direct, and evidence-informed. I help clients identify the patterns—emotional, relational, and nervous-system based—that keep them stuck, while supporting the development of practical skills for regulation, communication, and repair.
