Hi, my name is Lindsay Denti, and I am the founder of Resiliency Counseling. Resiliency is the ability to withstand and recover from challenges, adversity, or change. It's about bouncing back from difficulties and adapting in the face of stress, setbacks, or uncertainty. Everyone has resiliency inside them, and my goal is to help you see yours. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults for the past 15 years. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. I attended Monmouth University, where I received my Bachelors and Masters degrees.
