Hi! The most important thing to me as a therapist is that you are getting what you need from therapy in order to grow. A huge part of that is finding the right fit with your therapist. I work with all ages, from children 6+, to teens, young adults, or adults and parents. I have over 12 years of clinical experience treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-harm, low self-esteem, and other life challenges.
