I believe strongly in the power of therapy and in one's ability to grow, change, adapt and overcome. Together I believe we can uncover and develop your individual strengths the will help you achieve your unique goals. One's mindset and the way we view the world can have a large impact on how you view yourself and those around you. Therapy can help us discover a mindset that embraces growth and change. I have expereince working with individuals with anxiety and depression, PTSD and complex trauma. I am also an EMDR trained therapist.
