I specialize in couples therapy, parenting therapy, and individual therapy with a focus on perinatal anxiety. I offer couples therapy for all types of partnerships and relationships. In this work, I support you in uncovering unhelpful relational cycles and in learning new ways to communicate and connect with each other. We work together to identify unmet emotional needs, heal attachment wounds, and build a more secure connection in your relationship. In parenting therapy, I focus on challenging co-parenting dynamics and how to get on the same page with your partner to align your approach and be more present for your children.
