I specialize in treating trauma, eating disorders, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Many times my clients have developed ways to cope and protect themselves that no longer serve them. My approach involves addressing behaviors of concern by helping clients identify triggers, build a new repertoire of coping skills, learn to conceptualize issues differently, and explore how past experiences are linked to present concerns.
