I started my career at Lurie's Children's Hospital Inpatient Psychiatric Unit and Partial Hospitalization Program. I have worked at multiple private practice's in the Chicagoland area before opening my own practice, Main Street Counseling Solutions. I provide individual therapy to children, adolescents and young adults. I have a passion for prevention and advocacy work in the mental health field. My work has been featured in mainstream media such as, Good Morning America, The New York Times, The Today Show, Vice News and more. I was honored to be one of six women chosen to give a Tedx Talk in Wilmette this past April. View 5 Photos My work clinical work focuses on helping those struggling with Anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem and stress management. The foundation of therapy is built on trust and rapport. I create a space that is non-judgmental and focus on connecting with my clients. We then work together to identify goals and find strategies that work specifically for my client.
