We can feel a lot of pressure to succeed or look a certain way. Sometimes we just don't feel good enough or that we have to do things "perfectly" to be accepted. We might even think, "when will I finally get there?", "why can't I just get over this?", or "I feel like there is something wrong with me." Together, we will work to help you to heal your relationship with yourself and overcome your struggles; whether they are anxiety, depression, feelings of inadequacy, or challenges with food and/or exercise.
