Life can feel overwhelming when you're balancing work, relationships, and responsibilities that leave little room for yourself. Whether you're facing anxiety, burnout, or major life changes, I provide support and tools to help you feel more grounded and connected. I work with adults who may appear high-functioning but feel drained, stuck, or disconnected inside. Many are professionals, caregivers, or first responders used to holding it all together. You don’t need to have all the answers—I offer a space grounded in empathy, honesty, and practical support. My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. With over 20 years of experience and a Master’s in Counseling from Kean University, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of challenges. My training as a trauma-informed therapist allows me to support clients in building practical skills to manage distress, reduce trauma responses, and foster resilience.
