I work with adolescents and adults who are dealing with anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, and OCD. In addition to providing talk therapy, I am an art therapist and will often use art interventions to support clients in exploring and processing their emotions in a way that words cannot always express. I tailor sessions to each client, creating a unique therapeutic experience specific to each individual's goals.
