Together, we will collaborate to make your daily life more manageable and fulfilling by addressing outdated coping skills, self-sabotaging behaviors, overwhelming emotions, stressful situations, and lingering traumas. I also offer coaching services for professionals, those in the healthcare/wellness field, and graduate students. I enjoy supporting clients through the processes of self-development, self-innovation, radical acceptance, and growth.
