I place a strong emphasis on being deeply attuned to each client and meeting them where they are at. Many of the people I work with have spent a long time feeling misunderstood or unseen, and therapy can become a place where they finally feel safe to be themselves. Through a supportive and caring relationship, I help clients gain perspective, feel less anxious, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Additionally, I have a particular passion for working with children and adolescents, as well as clients of all ages struggling with self-esteem issues, anxiety, chronic illness, depression, and perfectionism.
