It is my belief that therapy can aid and support individuals to overcome the hurdles that life puts in their path. Additionally, I believe that people can reach their maximum potential and work towards change that is meaningful in their lives. I work closely with clients collaboratively to create individualized treatment plans to support them in meeting their goals. I have experience working with varied types of presenting concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal skills, and life transitions.
