I’m passionate about helping people heal from trauma, navigate substance use challenges, and reconnect with their inherent strength. I specialize in working with first responders, military personnel, emergency medical staff, and their families. As both a former first responder and the spouse of one, I understand the unique challenges of that world, I bring both lived experience and years of specialized training to support you. I see therapy as a healing season in your life, one that can help you regain your footing, rediscover hope, and feel empowered for the road ahead. I use evidence-based approaches to help you build practical, effective coping tools. I also incorporate psychoeducation so you can better understand how trauma affects your mind, body, and daily life—because when we understand what’s happening inside us, we can replace guilt and shame with self-compassion and create the conditions for lasting change.
