I know that reaching out for counseling can take a lot of courage, and I want you to know that you don’t have to do this alone. I work with teens (16 and up) and adults who are struggling with things like anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or ADD/ADHD. Whatever brings you here, my goal is to help you find understanding, relief, and a sense of direction. My approach is grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” model. Because I’m also an educator, I understand that everyone learns, grows, and heals differently.
