I provide counseling services to children/teens, families, couples, and individual clients. I treat clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, interpersonal/family issues. My goal is to walk next to my clients as they explore the possibilities of being the best version of themselves. I strive to provide a safe environment that encourages and supports change. There are many reasons that people seek out counseling. I work with clients as they explore new problem solving methods, relationship skills, and life management techniques.
