I specialize in helping adults with anxiety move out of constant mental noise and into lives that feel more grounded and aligned with what matters most. I also have experience working with those who have executive functioning difficulties, such as poor focus, difficulty with emotion regulation, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday demands—particularly when these challenges contribute to anxiety, burnout, or self-criticism.
