I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of CT. I received my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Central Connecticut State University in 2012, after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Hartford. I have a wide range of clinical experience working in individual, family, couples and group therapy contexts with clients from a variety of backgrounds and diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism spectrum disorders, trauma, difficulties with communication, self-esteem/self confidence, interpersonal boundaries, social skills, and life stage transitions.
