Being human is hard, especially being a tiny human in a world that feels immediate and absolute, uncertain and disruptive, and full of distractions. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, difficulty connecting with peers, or simply the brave and complicated work of being human, I provide a space where they can feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools that actually help.
