You are welcome here. I work with ages 3 years old to late adulthood. I happily welcome the LGBTQA+ community. My approach is warm and person-centered, providing a safe space for you to share at your own pace. I integrate direct and exploratory styles, leaning towards exploratory, to meet your unique needs. My genuine purpose as a therapist is to provide you a collaborative experience and be your mutual advocate; so, you can be in the driver’s seat of your own life path. For teenagers and adults, I work in a mainly individual setting. For children, I often use play therapy techniques because little ones truly thrive through play. I routinely incorporate you, the caregivers in a portion of the session structure.
