Hi, I’m Lindsay – I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by how much in life feels outside of your control, you’re not alone. The truth is, while we can’t change everything happening around us, we can influence how we perceive the world, the role we choose to play in it, and how we respond to life’s challenges. My goal is to support you in exploring those areas so you can find more balance, clarity, and resilience—even in the midst of chaos. Much of my career has been spent in healthcare settings, particularly supporting families of children with complex medical and developmental needs.
