My approach to therapy is insight-oriented, with an emphasis on exploring patterns in clients' belief systems, emotional experiences, and behaviors. My ideal clients are those that desire to truthfully investigate themselves. With a further understanding of yourself, you inevitably increase your opportunities for growth and positive change.
