I am a licensed clinical social worker and I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings in mental health for over 19 years including, partial hospitalization, and adult and adolescent inpatient psychiatry. I have been working in private practice since 2012. I work with couples, adolescents, and adults. I create a safe space to support clients so they feel comfortable discussing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. At Lakeshore Psychology Group, I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self esteem concerns, adjustment difficulties, life transitions, and relationship issues. I draw from various methods of evidence based therapies including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
