I am a licensed professional counselor with many years of experience in and around mental health recovery. Prior to a sole focus on mental health, I was a vocational rehabilitation counselor working with individuals with disabilities. Specifically, navigating one’s strengths and finding accommodations in the employment field. This also encompasses instilling social and life skills as well as providing resources to those who are in need.
