As a daughter of Southeast Asian immigrants/refugees, I empathize with multicultural identity exploration and efforts to make sense of oneself through their lived experiences. My hope is to support others through their own unique journeys and to alleviate any feelings of isolation with that shared understanding. I believe that we are all given an opportunity to define meaning in our lived experiences through the narratives we create and I am here to support in that process. As your therapist, my hopes are for you to grow insight and assign meaning that makes the most sense to the best version of yourself.
