I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in Florida and Texas, specializing in anxiety, panic attacks, depression, sleep disturbances, and helping people manage chronic medical conditions like chronic pain, skin conditions, and diabetes. I work with adults 18+, including many clients 65+, and I’ve spent over 20 years in mental health, with 15 years as a practicing therapist.
