Hey there, I see you... I know you had to grow up too fast and are now struggling with self-love & setting boundaries. Even though you’re kind, smart, and motivated your life has been hard. You're scared to be your true self fearing others might not like it and leave. So, you either let others in too soon or push them away. You’re exhausted trying to do all the things because you've subscribed too long to the belief that your productivity determines your worth. You don’t make enough time for fun and have a hard time even naming your hobbies... not to mention you've felt misunderstood by others for a while and therefore lonely. As children they're usually independent having to be the 'third parent' to their siblings. They now struggle with uncomfortable emotions because they had to teach themselves emotional regulation and not sure they did it right...? Enter me :)
