Hi! I'm glad you're here. There is no shame in reaching out for help, and you don't have to walk this journey alone. Starting therapy can often feel overwhelming, and it takes incredible courage to take the first steps toward healing. My priority is helping people heal from their hurt, bring back their sense of peace and joy, and explore what’s holding them back so they can dive into life with confidence. I am especially passionate about empowering trauma survivors to move past feeling stuck or defined by painful experiences.
