Lindsay is a EMDR/IFS trauma therapist. She is also trained in Flash technique, a new trauma protocol that can be used in critical incident crisis situations and with complex trauma. She also incorporates CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory and Creative Expressive modalities.
