I see therapy as a journey, a journey to the most authentic, free, healed version of the Self. I work with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, parenting, self-esteem, identity, transition, infertility, adoption considerations, trauma, immigration, embodiment and more. I have a special interest in working with individuals who are not themselves suffering from serious mental illness but who are impacted by the SMI of loved ones. Other mamas are my jam! Dads too. Parenting is hard. Ultimately, I tailor my approach to the needs of the individual client. I will meet you where you are.
