I provide individual therapy services to individuals with a primary focus on treating adolescents, young adults and adults struggling with life transitions and challenges. In addition to the stressors and challenges of life changes, I have significant experience working with individuals who experienced trauma in childhood. The primary treatment methods I use in my practice include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR, Trauma Focused Therapies and more.
