Everyone deserves to understand how their mind, body, and environment influence how they think and feel. I became a therapist to help people better understand their mental health and work alongside them to reach the goals that are most important to them. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or disconnection working hard to find their footing in a world that feels uncertain or heavy. I work with individuals and families to build practical tools and explore deeper connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
