You, that's what my practice is about. After years of experience I know the most important thing about being a therapist/life coach is what works for you. I'm not trying to sell you a method, a program, or whatever it may be. I understand that we may meet once and you may not be ready yet for therapy or we meet you and you realize you are ready and we go from there. I do what works for you, I'll meet you where you're at and go the pace you want to go. As a social worker/life coach I truly am client focused and want to help you any way I can with care and compassion for what's best for you.
