I offer telehealth appointments for folks in California, Illinois and New York, and in-person sessions for those in the Chicago area from my office in Oak Park, IL. I work with young adults, individuals and couples to design personalized pathways for clarity, healing and growth. My approach is highly collaborative. Drawing from an extensive background in somatic and psychotherapy, relational gestalt, creative exploration and mind-body interventions, I tailor sessions to meet both individuals and couples where they are.
