With over a decade of clinical experience, I help teens and adults heal from narcissistic abuse, family of origin trauma, toxic relationships, divorce, and dual diagnosis. I hold an honors degree from Loyola University Chicago (2011) and am a certified Narcissistic Abuse Clinician, trained through Dr. Ramani's program. My combination of personal insights and years of clinical work with diverse populations enables me to create a space where clients feel deeply understood. I am known for my direct yet compassionate approach, and clients appreciate my honesty and thoughtful curiosity throughout the therapeutic process. I have a psychodynamic approach that assists clients in making connections between childhood and current interpersonal functioning. I help them understand what subconsciously drives them and how to break intergenerational trauma.
