I work with women in transition and older adults who are navigating shifting identities, changing family roles, and the complex emotions that come with grief and uncertainty. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from who they once were, or unsure of who they are becoming. I offer a warm, steady space to slow down, explore emotions, build resilience, and strengthen boundaries that honor personal needs. Together, we reconnect with inner wisdom, cultivate purpose, and create room for change.
