Hello, my name is Lindsay & I would love to accompany you on your healing journey. As a holistic psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, energy worker & dedicated yogini, I know first-hand that there is no single one-size fits all approach to healing. Rather, it is a deeply personal process, unique to each individual. I’m here to meet you where you are & accompany you forward. In our work together, we will collaboratively address the mental, emotional, relational, spiritual & physical aspects of healing through the use of modalities such as: DBR, EMDR, hypnosis, meditation, parts work, somatic awareness & dream exploration (to name a few). Of course, we will incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy also, which is a great starting point for understanding the nature of the mind & learning to work with our thoughts & strengthening mental hygiene. In addition to that, we will do the deeper work of identifying & clearing away what no longer serves you or your personal growth & wellbeing.
