I want to help make all my clients feel safe and heard along with being empathetic and understanding while helping them meet their goals. I am a figure skater and love to share my passion with others through coaching as well. I am very passionate about helping others become the best versions of themselves. My preferred approach is CBT and person centered. This along with a humanistic approach in helping client's see the importance of being their true self in order to lead a fulfilling life.
