Hello! My name is Lindsay Young (she/they) and I'm a queer first generation Jamaican-American therapist and artist based in Southern California. I was born and raised in New York, where I gained years of experience working with nonprofit organizations, marginalized populations, and occupying counseling positions. I am also a published writer and author, and have gained years of experience as a teaching artist and workshop facilitator, often exploring the intersection of mental health and artistic expression. After graduating from Columbia University with my MSW, I decided to offer my services to new communities.
