Hello! If you take care of others and often feel anxious and burned out, you're in the right place. I help healers and caregivers who feel overwhelmed and burned out by supporting them in feeling valued and grounded through deep self-reflection and boundary-setting. You may have an overloaded to-do list and feel unappreciated by your loved ones. Growing up, you may not have had great role models for emotional repair, so you learned how to wear a smile and "move on." Sometimes, these old pains resurface, but you don't know how to process or heal them, so you react with irritability. I help guide people through deep self-reflection to increase their understanding of their struggles, develop self-compassion, and identify steps to take to feel better. I work with clients to identify areas of their lives that lack boundaries and support them in establishing and enforcing new boundaries.
