Having a hard time with the world right now? I have been working in mental health for more than 15 years. If you are facing a challenging situation or difficult life transition, I am here to help you navigate your growth. Life throws us curveballs; it is easy to become overwhelmed. During these times it helps to have someone with you. My approach to therapy is person-centered, but I used techniques drawn from a variety of practices including CBT, Humanistic Therapy, EMDR and Strengths Based Therapy. You are more than a list of symptoms or a diagnosis, and I work with people in all aspects of their mental health.
